DICK'S CST Foundations Site

Role: Webmaster. Designer. Developer. Project Manager.

CST Foundations is an internal documentation site to house DICK'S internal CST/DAM documentation.

As the primary conceptualizer for this project I wore multiple hats as designer, developer, and project manager.

As the conceptualizer and lead for this project, I duties were the following:

• Held and ran brainstorming, site-mapping, wire-framing, and timeline & MVP meetings with the CST/DAM team via Miro.
• Set production schedules for their team on writing documentation.
• Reviewed and tested documentation for detail and clarity for ease of user use.
• Designing and protyping the website via Figma.
• Development of the site.
• Presentation to leadership teams.
• Webmastering of the site for updates and maitenance.
